Master Class is a very rich way of learning, where your personal challenges are at the heart of the class.

Kaj Voetmann is the Master who guides you and your class mates through a process where we use the best knowledge in the world to help you to find the best possible way to cope with your challenge.

The things we work with in the Master Class is called Next Generation Leadership

	What are the Next Practical Challenges in Leadership?
	What are the Next Practical Methods in Leadership?
	What are the Next Practical Theories in Leadership?

We will work with the most advenced concepts of today and bring them into the future. The Class will set the agenda for their own work in cooperation with Kaj.

The Class is a group of 8 people who subscribes to the Master Class.

The subscription gives you the right

	to attend 3 two day sessions in a year
	to receive 4 Master Class Magazines with amazing stories with people succeeding in achieving their ambitions, practical theories and practical methods
	to participate in a Interactive Dialogue Forum where the class can meet and follow the developing stories and see how the Master improves the quality of the dialogues
	to receive E-mail News about new and important resources like books, articles, images and recordings
	to receive invitations to an Open Network where we use Action Learning and Action Research to get wiser on important challenges in the present
